]]> http://www.ts-foxxy.com/blog/my-day-at-the-dmv-with-carmen-moore/feed/ 1 my photo shoot with REMY X Photography http://www.ts-foxxy.com/blog/my-photo-shoot-with-remy-x-photography/ http://www.ts-foxxy.com/blog/my-photo-shoot-with-remy-x-photography/#comments Thu, 01 Mar 2012 02:08:56 +0000 Foxxy http://www.ts-foxxy.com/blog/?p=1048 01_Shot_0027 01_Shot_0158 03_Shot_0452 03_Shot_0587 04_Shot_0767 04_Shot_0869 just as i fly into LA on a weekend trip for the tranny awards i had a special booked photo shoot with the sweet and amazing Darren who had the hotel room set up and waiting my arrival. i was starving, tired, but excited to see what type of photos i would be doing. we had a nice room at the Standard downtown LA. as i got ready we ordered hamburgers and fries. that i could not wait for as most models would starve themselves prior to a shoot, im the opposite and eat during lol. gotta keep that energy, right! my buddy and assisant (while in LA) Thomas ran and got me a curling iron, water, and hairspray since i had forgotten it in Tucson on my family visit. i did my makeup while stuffing my face with food and once he was set up we began to shoot pictures. at first i wasnt too into it being rushed and lil frustrated of course only cuz time was going by and the sun was setting so we werent able to get stuff we had planned but we had to be quick thinkers and come up with better ideas. as we got into the shoot and the music was pumping i began to relax and get into the shoot and look he wanted. after that the pictures began to come so easy and fun. with two guys in the room and hearing the satisfied comments i knew everything would be smooth sailing from here. remember its not always easy to smile, hold poses, and keep your energy up for hours at a time. on our last set was proably one of my favs only because it was dark, innocent, and seductive. once we finished we were all so happy and ready to eat again lol. afterwards was the birthday of my very good friend Samantha aka Mya. we headed out to the Abbey for drinks and dancing…the rest was history as it was a blacked out night lol.

the radio show i do frequently, “the Jason Ellis Show” is also a band in which couple of the personalities are member of a rock group call “Death Death Die”. The group threw a concert at The Roxy in Hollywood, CA Dec 22 which was a great pre-holiday fun gathering of all Jason Ellis’ fans. I of course being part of the fun had to be there and have fun fun before heading home for the holiday. i invited my younger sister Christina and she brought along her 2 girlfriends, Audrey and Heather. They came to pick me up at my hotel and they were lost finding hotel being that they too are all from Tucson and unfamiliar with Hollywood area lol. Once they found me we were all excited n ready to party!! the crazy girls had a pint of vodka which we all took shots from bottle to get us going..boy ws i in for a long night! once arriving we received our vip bracelets and headed on inside in which the band was about to start. the picture whores we all were stopped in the girls restroom to pucker up and snap some fotos…that didnt end cuz then i took a few pictures with a couple ldys that recognized me from Showtime’s “Gigolos” show. as we hit the bar for our drink i began to greet friends and fans of the radio show. music rocked the night as everyone cheered and drank the night away. we even got a special performance by Sugar Ray’s, Mark McGrath!!! definitely a night to remember. after the concert we headed to the Abbey in West Hollywood where we danced and drank till i blacked out lol. i just remember waking up in my hotel room in bed from the phone ringing…was Heather calling to tell me she had my phone..ahhh…thank goodness!!
